KAMAKURA,again.

I went to KAMAKURA,again. Kamakura is popular as an ancient city. there are many temples and shrines at here.


This place is temple named Houkouji.This temple has beautiful garden of bamboos.

I could'nt know how many bamboos come up. I liked here,because I felt their green color makes me calm and peaceful.

I went to popular cafe which runs since 1967 at KAMAKURA. I made order of potato salad toast.
taste good and price was very helpful for me.

After, I went to a road along the coast. this sea is called Yuigahama and near Kamakura.

the island can be seen in far a way is Enoshima. Beautiful sunset, I think.

I saw the movie "This is it" michael jackson played. I was very impressed with it and surprised.
How cool michael's dance is! I can't believe he was fifty years old.I think he was SPECIAL and STAR.I love you,michael. Thak you for your song and dance and pray and memories.

I made falafel.

I made cookies named "tinsukou".They are popular at Okinawa. Flavor is chocolate and ginger.

Good babies! I bought sprouter named "EASY SPROUT",and I tried to made lentil sprouted.

I made salad with these for dinner.

vege food festa & tasty meals

I went to vegan food festival at Shibuya,Tokyo. According to information,there were one hundred over shops at there. about food and vegan cosmetics and organic cotton and etc...

I ate falafel sand for lunch. love the spicy taste.

And I went to restaurant acquaintance runs. this restaurant's menu are made with almost vegetables. this is sauteed "maitake"mushrooms with green salad.

left are taros salad and right are burdocks with ground sesame.

fried brown mushrooms. when I bit it , I screamed " Wow! tasty good !"

boiled and seasoned block of deep-fried been curd with greens. base flavor is soy sauce.

pickles with carrot and ginger.

potato and spinach quiche.

fried sweet potato.

Lentil soup! Ingredients are potato,carrot,onion.I think Fall is best season for tasting root vegetable. And I add flied seitan into this soup.

seitan is made with wheat gluten powder. knead with water and fly with vegetable oil.

This is a raw food menu. tahini dressing with raw vegetables. very tasty good by flavor of sesame.

ice cream for vegan

I wanted to taste the ice cream I have ate at STOGO at NY,once more! So,I made ice cream by referring cook book named vegan SCOOP.

this flavor is banana, peanuts butter with chocolate chip.I used very ripe banana,so I did'nt need  many sugar. awesome.

I will make other flavor tomorrow.

H＆H bagles. their bagles were very tasty. my best flavor was onion.

Do you know it?? It is smoothie I wanna taste for long time. One lucky duck com is famous raw food cafe at NY. When I went to there,the inside of cafe was very crowded.So, I only bought smoothie named avocalada to go. Ingredients are avocado, pineapple, coconut water,I think.

I also went to Dakota house. I love the Beatles.

He ate a piece of pretzel I gave him!! so cute!

japanese vegetarian cafe

Yesterday, I went to vegetarian cafe at Azabujuban for lunch.

this shop named "Eat more greens" is concious NY style vegan cafe.So,There were few foreigners at the cafe.I made an order Rice & Grain SET (Vegetarian Taco-Rice of Black Rice & Black Soybean )with corn tea. tasty gooood!If you are interested in,please check the cafe's site.

I went to vegan ice cream shop "STOGO"at east village. these flavor are made without dairy milk and eggs.I couldn't believe.very tasty,and makes me HAPPY.

I went to green market at Union Square! 

I have never seen such big mushrooms in japan! Wow! but, look so tasty...

And,It was first time for me that I saw so many herbs at once.

they are actually flesh and good smell.

I found japanese bonsai was sold! I was very surprised. Do new yorkers love Bonsai?

and I drunk the wheat grass juice. it was first time. it was sweeter than I expected.

this is Whole foods market. This shop is also where I wanna go to!

This manga shop sold many japanese manga books.I tried to buy "Dragon Ball" and "spider man"comics.
