I went to vegan food festival at Shibuya,Tokyo. According to information,there were one hundred over shops at there. about food and vegan cosmetics and organic cotton and etc...
I ate falafel sand for lunch. love the spicy taste.
And I went to restaurant acquaintance runs. this restaurant's menu are made with almost vegetables. this is sauteed "maitake"mushrooms with green salad.
left are taros salad and right are burdocks with ground sesame.
fried brown mushrooms. when I bit it , I screamed " Wow! tasty good !"
boiled and seasoned block of deep-fried been curd with greens. base flavor is soy sauce.
pickles with carrot and ginger.
potato and spinach quiche.
fried sweet potato.
