thinking about eggs

I bake chiffon cakes recently. I think my family are much more pleased when I bake normal (I mean using eggs) sweets than when I bake vegan sweets. you know , chiffon cakes are made with many eggs! I believed that eggs are not healthy for about two years,and I have stopped eating eggs for two years. But , the how to beauty book I read last day says that eggs are good for beauty... I am lost bout I should eat or not eggs....!


I ate these cakes !
