maple oats biscuit

Biscuits from maple and oats. this biscuit is not very sweet. because,my taste in sweets is not very sweet.
this recipe's sweetener is only maple syrup. if you chew it very well, you will taste natural sweetness.

rolled oats   100g
pecan nuts(you can use walnuts,too)    30g
salt   1/4 teaspoon
canola oil   2 table spoon
maple syrup   2 table spoon

preheat the oven to 340F
pecan nuts and oats blend in blender to resemble flower. In medium bowl, add oil to flower, mix by hand until it gets the appearance of a coarse meal. Add maple syrup and mix well.
Roll the dough into walnuts size balls and then flatten them with your hands . Place the cookie sheet . Score each cookie with a fork sometimes. Bake for 20 minutes.
