Do you know COBO?

COBO is something called natural yeast in japan. Raw vegetables and raw fruits has natural yeast.
you can grow natural yeast in a glass bottle. please add cut fruits into bottle sterilized by boiling.
and set it in fridge 3 to 7 days to kill bacteria. Later,let out bottle of  fridge and keep at room temperature 2 days.
note: please do not open a lid. absolutely!

about 2 days after,bubbles will appear. you make sure it ,you can open a lid.
you can make soy yogurt by using cobo. add to soy milk and wait about 5 to 7 hours at room temperature.
Soy yogurt is ready. handmade soy yogurt is very healthy and fresh. please try it!
