In japan,there are various kind of tofu. I eat them everyday.
Because,tofu is used as a ingredients in the miso soup and I drink it every dinner.
And we often eat tofu as hiyayakko at summer.Hiyayakko is child tofu usually eaten with grated ginger and soy sauce.
this is tofu-steak topped with sauteed scallion and beefsteak plants and garlic with soy sauce.
