AOUME-COBO

This is AOUME-COBO. Unripe ume and water are put in bottle sterilized in boiling water. and I stored it in a fridge to killing miscellaneous bacteria for 3 to 7 days. After,I let it out of fridge and wait at room temperature until it starts to ferment. Once it ferments,there will be bubbles like a carbonated water. It's taste is very sour! because it includes many natural citric acid. Plus,many vegetable lactic acid is included. I drink AOUME-COBO everyday in early summer for my good health.


And Cinnamon sugar doughnuts without dairy and egg. I used the way of arranging cinnamon roll recipe from Vegan Brunch to make them. they are taste not very sweet and very soft. I ate two at once!
