raw chocolate drink!

Last week,I thought I want to drink chocolate drink at every lunch time. So,I went to shibuya "LOFT" after work, and I bought my flask. There are three color variations:purple,pink.green yellow. I choose the purple one,but I want clear one ,in fact.

Today's raw chocolate drink's ingredients are raw almond,banana,papaya,and raw cacao nibs! very yummy!

this flask has function of thermos bottle. the jelly covering bottle can be  quick frozen at a freezer and keep the inside cold for long time.

Do you know raw cacao nibs?this is raw cacao nibs. Navitas' s site says that Cacao contains a naturally rich supply of antioxidants, and is also an excellent source of dietary fiber. In addition, cacao is known to be one of the highest dietary sources of magnesium, contains an impressively high iron content, and also possesses many other essential minerals in significant quantities.
wow! that is the miracle super food! I will drink everyday!

who you gonna call?

Last week, I read TV program schedule of newspaper at morning and found that the movie "ghost bustards" is played at evening. Do you know marshmallow man? I looove him! I reserved timer recording it and I saw the movie last sunday.

CG of the movie is unskilful in comparison with latest movie,but these look very fresh for me!  And Story is good tempo and character as Bill Murray played is very charming,I think.Plus,make up and fashion Sigourney Weaver did is very cool for today. and marshmallow man!!! lovely face! lovely movement!

I had seen the t-shirt of ghost bustards at a second clothes store,I wish I bought it...

Anyway,I want to see more movies Bill Murray performed.Perhaps,"Lost in Translation".  I also like Sofia Coppola, and I have seen all her movies, but I have not seen only "Lost in Translation"without reason.I know that stage of that movie is tokyo. I am looking forward to seeing landscape of tokyo cool foreigner filmed.

Why is this campagne PINK??  because,tomato! I used can diced tomatoes instead of water.

this campagne is partner with red wine. Sour taste of tomato is very much for campagne.

Ingredients are black olive,caper,dry tomato,nutritional yeast.

It is very hard to me baking bread at summer. The heat oven invented raise temperature of my kitchen! I am out of breath!

creamy zucchini curry

The ingredients of this curry are only zucchini,tomato ketchup,soy sauce,olive oil,curry powder and soy milk! The recipe I refer to is from my favorite japanese vegan recipe blog named "Vege Dining". Cooking them is very easy and very yummy.

I loooove quiche! Perhaps,I can eat only it everyday.....??

Baking quiche is delightful for me. I enjoy choosing ingredients of quiche.

I chose onion and black olive in this time. And I added nutritional yeast,because I wanted cheesy flavor.

thumbprint cookie

Crunchy peanut butter oatmeal cookies from Vegan With a Vengeance. I added thumbprint with blueberry jam.

I love thumbprint cookie. because,they are looks cute! and I feel joy I press my thumb against cookie dough.

Plus I can taste not only cookie but also jam at once! This combination is perfect I think.

I made also this jam with frozen blueberry.

Third challenge!

I baked cinnamon roll,It was my third challenge.

They seem to wait for the moment they are baked.

Mission is complete!

Mmmmm.....I wonder How many rolls can I eat at once.
